A paragraph is enough.
Tell us the rough shape of what you're building. We come back within one business day with an honest read, a few questions, and a clear next step. No twelve-page proposal. No discovery-call gauntlet.

How do we get started?
Send a short brief via the contact form or by email. We reply within one business day with next steps and a few clarifying questions. A fixed-scope proposal typically follows within 3–5 working days of the first message. Already selling on WooCommerce? You can start with a $750 Store Review: a written review of speed, checkout, plugins, catalog, and COA setup, a 45-minute call, and priced options, credited in full if you go ahead within 60 days.
How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and integrations. Marketing sites run $5,000–10,000. WooCommerce stores run $8,000–15,000. The High-Risk Store Launch, for peptide, supplement, and compounding brands that need a high-risk processor, is $12,000 fixed. Custom stores start at $15,000, with one fixed quote after a Store Review; multisite, membership, and platform builds are scoped and quoted per project. Care plans run $250/mo for sites, $450/mo for stores, and $750/mo for high-risk stores, on hosting you own. You get a fixed-scope proposal in writing before any work begins.
How do payments work, and how do international clients pay?
Every engagement is fixed-scope. Under $10,000: 50% to start, 50% before go-live. From $10,000, including the High-Risk Store Launch: 40% to start, 30% at staging sign-off, and 30% when the store is ready to launch or 14 days after staging sign-off, whichever comes first. Final payment is never tied to processor approval. We invoice in USD, and clients pay by Wise, US local bank transfer (ACH or wire), or PayPal, whichever is easiest on your end. The 30-day post-launch warranty covers defects in what we shipped at no charge.
How long does a typical project take?
Marketing sites: 3–6 weeks. WooCommerce stores: 6–12 weeks. High-Risk Store Launch: ready to launch in six weeks; card-processor approval timing and decision are the processor’s. Custom stores: 8–14 weeks. Multisite, membership, and platforms: quoted per project. Timeline depends on scope, content readiness, and feedback cycles. A week-by-week schedule ships with every proposal.
Do you build in Bricks or Elementor?
Both. We built on Elementor for seven years and made Bricks our default for new builds in 2025. Bricks where we want cleaner code and tighter performance; Elementor for clients whose team already lives in it. The tool fits the project.
How do we work together across time zones?
We’re a remote studio based in India, with about 90% of our clients in the United States, plus Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We overlap live with US time zones for a few hours each working day, reply within one business day, and have kept some US clients on the books for up to nine years working exactly this way.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every site comes with a 30-day post-launch warranty: bugs and defects on the work we shipped are fixed at no charge. From day 31, the care plan in your proposal takes over, month-to-month from $250/mo. Remove it before launch, or cancel later with 30 days’ notice. Care plans cover staged updates, tested backups, security, performance monitoring, and content edits. Hosting stays in your own account (we recommend Kinsta), and we manage it for you.
