A paragraph is enough.

How do we get started?
Send a short brief via the contact form or by email. We reply within one business day with next steps and a few clarifying questions. A fixed-scope proposal typically follows within 3–5 working days of the first message.
How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and integrations. Marketing sites run $5,000–10,000. Standard WooCommerce stores typically run $8,000–16,000. A fixed-scope Compliance Launch store for regulated verticals is $12,000. Full specialist, compliance-heavy ecommerce (research peptides, regulated supplements, compounding) starts at $20,000. Bespoke and multisite builds start at $35,000, quoted per project. Care plans from $600/mo; regulated and ecommerce stores from $1,000/mo. You get a fixed-scope proposal in writing before any work begins.
How do payments work, and how do international clients pay?
Every engagement is fixed-scope. A 50% deposit starts the build; the balance is due at launch, or split across milestones on larger projects. We invoice in USD, and clients pay by Wise, US local bank transfer (ACH or wire), or PayPal, whichever is easiest on your end. The 30-day post-launch warranty covers defects in what we shipped at no charge.
How long does a typical project take?
Marketing sites: 3–6 weeks. Standard WooCommerce: 6–12 weeks. Compliance Launch: six weeks, fixed scope. Specialist, compliance-heavy ecommerce (research peptides, regulated supplements, compounding): 8–14 weeks. Bespoke and multisite: quoted per project. Timeline depends on scope, content readiness, and feedback cycles. A week-by-week schedule ships with every proposal.
Do you build in Bricks or Elementor?
Both. We built on Elementor for seven years and made Bricks our default for new builds in 2025. Bricks where we want cleaner code and tighter performance; Elementor for clients whose team already lives in it. The tool fits the project.
How do we work together across time zones?
We’re a remote studio based in India, with about 90% of our clients in the United States, plus Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We overlap live with US time zones for a few hours each working day, reply within one business day, and have kept some US clients on the books for up to nine years working exactly this way.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every site comes with a 30-day post-launch warranty: bugs and defects on the work we shipped are fixed at no charge. Beyond that, care plans cover managed hosting, daily backups, security updates, performance monitoring, and content edits.
