Research peptide ecommerce · stores we built and still maintain
Peptide website development,
built to outlast the rebuild.
WooCommerce stores built around the three things that actually break a peptide business: research-use framing, the lab paperwork buyers look for, and high-risk payments with a backup route. Every store below is one we built and still maintain. You can open all of them.

The problem
Why most peptide stores get built twice.
A research peptide store fails in ways an ordinary catalog never does, and almost always for the same three reasons.
01
It was built on rails that ban the category.
Shopify, BigCommerce, and Wix prohibit peptide sales. Stripe, PayPal, and Square freeze funds the moment they identify what is selling. A store on the wrong platform is not warned, it is switched off.
02
A generic developer treated it like any catalog.
They skipped the research-use-only framing, left out the Certificate of Analysis buyers look for, and wrote product copy that reads as human-use. That copy is the single most common reason a high-risk merchant account is declined.
03
The cheap build aged out in a year.
A $175 gig or a page-builder template can go live, but it will not be set up for a high-risk processor, hold Core Web Vitals, or stay editable by your team. The store gets rebuilt, usually after a freeze or a takedown. We build the version that does not need rebuilding.
What a build includes
What a peptide store actually needs.
01
Research-use framing, end to end.
The framing high-risk processors look for. Research-use-only language is built into the structure, not bolted on, so the site reads the way underwriters and buyers expect.
RUO architecture
Research-use-only language across product, cart, and checkout.
Age-verification gate
Shown on first visit, before any product is visible.
Policy-page templates
Terms, privacy, refund, and shipping templates for your counsel to complete and approve.
Wording check
A courtesy check of product copy against processor keyword lists. Not a legal or regulatory review.
02
The lab paperwork buyers trust.
Serious buyers check the Certificate of Analysis before they check out. We make that proof a first-class part of the catalog, pulled in automatically rather than pasted in by hand.
COA on every product
Each product page surfaces its current Certificate of Analysis.
Lot-aware catalog
Each COA tied to its batch, in a login-gated library. Custom builds add lot-level inventory.
Third-party lab records
Independent test data shown as a buying signal, like Triumphant Labs.
Dispatch status
Custom builds show purity score and dispatch state before purchase.
03
Payments built for high-risk processors.
Mainstream processors will not underwrite this category. We integrate the gateways that will, and prepare the site for the processor's review. Approval is always the processor's decision.
High-risk processing
Integration with merchant accounts that underwrite peptides.
Backup route
A second processor or a crypto fallback, so checkout is not tied to one processor.
Fraud tooling
AVS, CVV, velocity checks, and 3D Secure where the gateway supports it.
Ready to apply
Disclaimers and policy-page templates in place before you apply.
04
Speed, SEO, and a store you can run.
A peptide store earns most of its traffic from search. We build WooCommerce on WordPress so the catalog is fast, ranks for the head terms, and stays editable by your team after launch.
Core Web Vitals
LCP under two seconds on category and product pages.
Hub-page SEO
Compound-family hub pages that rank upstream of the catalog.
Clean WooCommerce
Hand-built, not a page-builder template a year from a rebuild.
Editor-friendly
Custom fields and patterns your team learns in a day.
Stores we built, still live, named.
The pages that rank for this work use stock photos and case-study names you cannot verify. Every store here is a real build we still maintain. Click through and read the product pages.
This is the first question most founders ask, and for peptides the answer is not close. Shopify is faster to start and worse on every axis that matters once a processor looks at the store.

How the build runs.
01
Send a brief
A paragraph about the catalog, the market, and where you are with a processor. We reply within one business day with an honest read.
02
A fixed-scope proposal
Deliverables, a week-by-week schedule, and a fixed price in writing, usually within 3 to 5 working days. No open-ended hourly.
03
A deposit books the build
40% to start holds your slot, 30% is due at staging sign-off, and 30% when the store is ready to launch or 14 days after staging sign-off, whichever comes first. Final payment is never tied to processor approval. We start the build and, in parallel, prepare the site for your high-risk processor's underwriting.
04
A build you can watch
Work happens on a staging URL you can open any time, with one checkpoint a week. RUO architecture, COA workflow, and payments go in together.
05
Launch, warranty, then care
We migrate with redirects mapped, watch the first days closely, and cover defects for 30 days. From day 31, the care plan in your proposal takes over to keep it fast, secure, and up to date. Remove it before launch, or cancel later with 30 days' notice.
Pricing
What a peptide store costs.
Fixed scope, in writing
High-Risk Store Launch
A peptide store on a fixed scope: custom design, your full catalog and customers moved over, one high-risk processor plus a backup route, age gate, research-use notices, and batch-linked COAs in a login-gated library. The first 30 days of care are included. Ready to launch in six weeks.
$12,000 fixed
Custom builds
For stores that outgrow the Launch: lot-level inventory, three or more processors, several markets or currencies, ERP, 3PL, or custom plugins, or a catalog in the thousands that needs real search and performance work. One fixed quote after a review, then 8–14 weeks to build.
A peptide store we built and maintain has crossed $10M in cumulative revenue
from $15,000
High-Risk Store Care
Staged updates, tested backups, security hardening, monthly processor and backup-route tests, COA refreshes, and content edits. The first 30 days come with the Launch. See what care covers.
Ongoing care, including accounts we've held since 2017
$750/mo
All figures in USD. The High-Risk Store Launch is fixed at $12,000 for the scope above. Extra processors are $1,500 each; wholesale or member pricing, subscriptions, order-history migration, and hand entry or cleanup of messy product data are quoted. Approval and its timing are always the processor's. Already selling? Start with a $750 Store Review, credited in full if you go ahead within 60 days. Hosting is billed by your host, never by us. You get a fixed-scope proposal in writing, with a week-by-week schedule, before any work begins.
Peptide store questions, answered.
8 questions
What platform do you build peptide stores on?
WooCommerce on WordPress, every time. Shopify, BigCommerce, and Wix prohibit peptide sales and terminate stores without warning. WooCommerce lets you own the platform, connect a high-risk processor, and control the research-use language, age gate, and checkout the way this category requires.
Can you get a high-risk payment processor approved?
We integrate the processor and prepare the site for its review, but we are not the underwriter: approval is always the processor’s decision. The most common reason a peptide merchant account is declined is the website, not the product, so we put the research-use language, disclaimers, and policy-page templates in place before you apply. We have integrated high-risk gateways with a crypto failover on stores like Pacific Wave Peptides. Underwriting can take two to six weeks, and the timing is the processor’s.
Do you write the policy pages and product copy?
We give you templates, not legal advice. Policy-page templates come ready for your counsel to complete and approve, and we check your product copy against processor keyword lists for human-use wording, which is what gets a store flagged. That check is a courtesy, not a legal or regulatory review. Final legal sign-off stays with you, but you do not start from a blank page.
How long does a peptide website take to build?
The High-Risk Store Launch is ready to launch in six weeks. Custom builds run eight to fourteen weeks, depending on catalog size, how ready your content is, and your processor’s timeline. A week-by-week schedule ships with every proposal, and the processor application runs in parallel with the build, though approval and its timing are always the processor’s.
Can you fix or rebuild an existing peptide store?
Yes. We take on stores that were built badly, were declined by a processor, or load too slowly to convert. We start with a $750 Store Review before touching anything: a written review of speed, checkout, plugins, catalog, and COA setup, a 45-minute call, and priced options, so you know the cost and the order of work up front. It is credited in full if you go ahead within 60 days.
Do I own the store?
Completely. WordPress and WooCommerce run on your hosting and your accounts. No platform lock-in, no revenue share, no monthly fee to keep the store online beyond hosting. If you ever move on from us, the whole thing comes with you.
How much does a peptide website cost?
The High-Risk Store Launch is $12,000 fixed: custom design, your full catalog and customers moved over, one high-risk processor plus a backup route, and batch-linked COAs, with the first 30 days of care included. Extra processors are $1,500 each. Custom builds start at $15,000; where one lands depends on catalog size, markets, and integrations. High-Risk Store Care is $750 a month from day 31, and Growth retainers start at $2,000 a month. If your store is already live, start with a $750 Store Review. You get a fixed-scope proposal in writing before any work begins.
Can you build for international or wholesale?
Most of our clients are US-led, and we also build for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We handle wholesale and members-only catalogs, including private B2B pricing and gated ordering, alongside the standard storefront. On the Launch, wholesale or member pricing is quoted on top; several markets or currencies make it a custom build.
